Arsenal’s defensive stalwart, Koscielny may be wanted by Europe’s elite clubs, but he signed a contract extension at the club last summer and he is believed to be very committed to the cause. Turning 31 this season, Koscielny will be desperate to win a Premier League title sooner rather than later, as his time at the very top is certainly limited at his age. If someone like Manolas was brought in, Koscielny could play his very best football, as he has often had to cover for Per Mertesacker’s pace deficiencies in the past.
