Currently playing right back because of the injury to Mathieu Debuchy, Chambers has shown his defensive quality and ability to coping with the physicality of the Premier League at such a young age. Calum Chambers is very comfortable on the ball and suited straight into the Arsenal side. Short term Chambers should remain at right back because he is a lot more experienced than Hector Bellerin especially now being called up to the England senior set up twice. Long term however, Chambers can be the solution to Arsenal’s midfield problems because of his ability to adapt positions and if nurtured by Wenger can become a world-class center back or defensive midfielder.
