4 Key Youngsters for Arsenal Next Season

Serge Gnabry

The young German has been blighted with injury since March of last year and hasn’t had a sniff of first-team action since, but what a waste it would be to see this young man fade away.

I like Gnabry, I think he too can have a say in the first-team next year, although competition amongst the squad will only intensify with the likely addition of new players, not to mention the congestion of capable wing players already at the club.

His performance against Tottenham early last year was promising, as he showed the abilities of another flare attacker, showing pace, drive and skill going forward – the assist maker for to set-up Santi Cazorla’s goal that night.

Gnabry has been disadvantaged by lengthy knee injury, which could see him forgotten as he falls further down the pecking order, but there could still be life in this young buck yet.
