2 – Michy Batshuayi
The Belgian is a long-term reported target for Arsenal and this month could be the one where the Gunners firm up interest. Marseille are struggling in Ligue 1 and if Arsene Wenger were to get in contact, I’m sure Batshuayi would push for a transfer rather than extending his contract. The 22-year-old has scored 11 goals in 19 league games this season, attracting interest from Tottenham amongst other clubs. With Arsenal’s attackers generally 26 or older, a young striker that is already peforming at a good level like Batshuayi could be the perfect addition.
The quick striker would cost around £22million, but Arsenal will have to act fast if they are planning to make an offer, with reports in France suggesting the striker could be about to sign a new contract.
