The Gunners will face Liverpool at 16:30 on Sunday in the Community Shield. The friendly against MK Dons will give the players a chance to prepare for that game. We would expect to see quite a young eleven from Arsenal, but could include the likes of new signing William Saliba, who has been in training for some time now.
Only some of Arsenal’s first team have been back and in light training, due to the players being given an extended rest following the FA Cup win. So this game is likely to be a chance to see some of Arsenal’s younger prospects, with the likes of Emile Smith-Rowe also potentially featuring.
