Things may seem pretty stale on the frontline of the transfer window, but Arsenal have been pretty busy this week with four players on the move.

During his press conference following the 8-0 mauling of Viking FK, Arsene Wenger admitted that his club would not hit the panic button in the transfer market following frustration.

The Gunners have already had a bid turned down for Alexandre Lacazette and now we look as if Theo Walcott could lead the line for the opening few weeks of the Premier League.

He did however state that money was not an issue as long as you can justify paying it for a specific target, whether or not that means we’re out of the race remains to be seen.

Meanwhile though, there’s been plenty of moves in the week that might not have reached the back pages, so in case you missed them, here’s a quick round-up of what’s been going on.

IN – Kelechi Nwakali

You might have thought he was already an Arsenal player, but Nwakali’s move was finally confirmed by the club this week after a drawn-out summer that involved a LOT of paperwork.

However, the highly rated Nigerian youngster has been pictured in his new Gunners colours and following his reaction on social media he couldn’t be prouder.

In a statement on the clubs website it announced that Nwakali is set for a loan spell almost immediately as he attempts to adapt to the physical nature of the English game.

Several clubs in the lower leagues will already have their eyes on the 18-year-old, who plays a more attacking role in midfield, predominantly in the number 10 role.

Nominated the Player of the Tournament at the Under-17 World Cup, Wenger saw something in him and Nwakali will join the academy with confidence on his side.

Remember the name because if success stories from the academy at Arsenal are anything to go by, we could be cheering for him at the Emirates in a few years time.
