2. Home Kit: 2005-2006
This is the one and only season that Arsenal moved away from the traditional Red and White theme. The cranberry kit was the last line of three shirts where O2 were the sponsors. It was also the last year that Arsenal played at Highbury. It has been speculated that the colour reflected Arsenal’s history. If anyone could tell me how this is intimated I’d be more than grateful. Having said that, I really like the design (plus Thierry Henry looked well fit in it).
