2. Hector Bellerin
Like so many before him, Hector Bellerin was one of the products of Barcelona’s famous youth academy to make the switch to North London in 2011. After impressing on loan at Watford and for the Arsenal under 21.s it looks as though the 19-year-old might be ready to make the step up to the first-team.
Early in his career he was a winger and he still often roams forward from defence, linking with the midfield and attack and often producing deadly crosses. In the last 12 months his defensive ability has improved as well and he now seems to epitomise the modern full-back. Carl Jenkinson is rumoured to be going out on loan and this would pave the way for Bellerin to make his name as the back up right-back, and few would bet against him being able to make this step next term.
