3. We need a quality holding midfielder:
When Arsenal’s attacks broke down yesterday, Leicester quickly got at us and caught us on the break on numerous occasions. It seemed as though there was too much space in there centre of midfield for Leicester players to run into and create chances. Arsenal fans have been calling for a holding midfielder all summer, and whilst Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta  are great squad players a strong body is needed in the centre to  breakdown attacks. Against the bigger sides, like we saw last season, if Arsenal keep with Arteta and Flamini we’ll soon be hurt as their midfielders and attackers can quickly bypass our rather fragile midfield. It’s a big day today and hopefully Wenger will splash the cash on a holding midfielder and if we’re lucky maybe even a striker.
