Sterling Confirms He Wants To Leave Liverpool, Arsenal An Option

Raheem Sterling has informed Liverpool he wants to leave the club in the summer- and a sensational transfer to Arsenal is on the cards.

The 20-year-old England international spoke publicly to the BBC earlier this season where he stated he rejected a new offer of £100k-per-week, whilst also revealing he was flattered to be linked with a move to North London.

Arsenal will now battle Manchester City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich for his signature, as he wants to move away from Anfield due to a perceived lack of competitiveness within their squad, who missed out on Champions League football for next season.

Valued at around £35m, Sterling is due to be one of the top movers this summer as reports state he has already told Brendan Rodgers he wants to leave the club and will meet with the Reds hierarchy this week, with the season due to end on Sunday.
