Arsenal are back in first team training after the summer break and we’ve got some photos to get you back in the mood ahead of the new season.
Arsenal’s first pre-season game is on July 15 against a Singapore Select XI. They will then play another two games in Asia before returning home to face two tough opponents Lyon and Wolfsburg in the Emirates Cup. The Gunners first competitive fixtures is against Chelsea on August 2.
There were several recognisable faces in the training session this morning and a fair few youth players who will be desperate to impress Arsene Wenger this summer too. The likes of Wellington Silva, Danny Crowley, Gedion Zelalem and Chuba Akpom featured. The likes of Yaya Sanogo and Mathieu Flamini also trained, but they may have to work hard to stop Wenger from dipping into the market for their replacements.
