2. Sami Khedira
Sami Khedira is quite possibly the most underrated player at Réal Madrid and the German National team. There’s a reason why he starts for both teams and it’s his pure quality. The German international wouldn’t be a direct replacement for Mikel Arteta, but he’d instead offer Arsenal something different. Khedira’s energy could give Arsenal a natural pivot deep in the midfield. Aaron Ramsey and Khedira could take turns going forward and providing cover for each other throughout games, making Arsenal less predictable and fluid. I think he’d be an excellent addition to Arsenal and be the type of signing that would not only have a big influence on the pitch, but also send out a statement of intent to the world.
