Petr Cech is due to undergo a medical at Arsenal today, ahead of a £10.9million move across London. Barring any problems with the medical, Cech could officially be an Arsenal player by the end of the day.
BBC’s David Orntstein, who is fed information directly from the club, has confirmed the medical is in place for today:

Fresh Arsenal reported earlier this week that all that was required was formalities, after the clubs agreed a fee and contract with the player.
Now that final formality, the medical – is set to be completed this afternoon. Arsenal will hope to announce the signing this evening to put all the Gunners fans out of their misery.
What a signing Cech is, it speaks volumes. We will have signed, in my opinion a goalkeeper that is still in the top five in the world. He’s world class and that’s something we haven’t had for a very long time – it’s also no coincidence that we never won the league with Manuel Almunia.
Arsenal fans will hope Cech at 33 can have a similar effect to what Edwin van der Sar did for Manchester United. The 34 year old joined United late in his career and went on to help them win several major trophies.
Now, David Ospina looks set to leave for Fenerbache and Woijech Szczesny will stay and fight for his place.
