4 – Kieran Gibbs
I think Arsenal need to bring in a new left-back as neither Monreal or Gibbs are good enough for a team that need to be winning the Premier League. Gibbs should be the one to make way as I feel he should be playing first-team football at this stage of his career. Monreal is still a player that can provide good experience as a backup left back that can also act as emergency cover in central defence. Also I think the next defender that Arsenal bring in should be a young player like Jose Gaya, someone who will keep his place for the next 5-10 years. If that profile of player comes in then there will be no chance for Gibbs to regain his first team place.
