4 –Â Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
The most expensive man on this list. Dortmund have let so many quality players leave this summer it is unlikely they will let Aubameyang leave. Something that would probably change that is a bid in excess of £60million. With few better strikers out there at the moment, should Arsenal get ruthless and pay up for a man with both electric pace and deadly finishing? The Gabon international has scored 54 goals in 94 games since joining Dortmund, and Manchester City were thought to be interested in his signing, but some sources say they have been priced out. If that is the case, then his price must be pretty high, with some sources claiming Dortmund are demanding in excess of £70million for their most valuable asset. Arsene Wenger would surely not spend such a high amount on a player who turns 28 next season, but unlike Morata, the signing of Aubameyang could easily swing the title race in Arsenal’s favour.
