3 Players Arsenal Could Sign Using PUMA Sponsorship Deal

After a 20-year partnership with Nike, Arsenal are now moving into a new era and are part of the biggest kit deal in football history. PUMA will be the designers of the new Arsenal kit’s, and over a 5 year period the club will be pocketing £30 million per year from the start of next season. Arsenal are crying out for a couple of big name stars to take them to the next level, and hopefully with this kit deal Arsenal will be able to lure some big names who are linked to the sportswear giants. Here are three PUMA players who the Gunners could sign:

1. Cesc Fabregas

Barcelona want to sell the Spaniard, but Arsenal have supposedly shown no interest in activating the buy-back clause in his contract so far. Many media outlets have said that Arsenal and Man.City have passed on the opportunity to sign the midfield maestro and that Chelsea are now the firm favourites to land his signature. If this was the case i’d be surprised. Despite Arsenal having an abundance of similar players in Fabregas’ position, Wenger surely wouldn’t miss out on the chance to sign him, and let him go to our arch rivals instead. If Fabregas is going leave Catalonia, then the new sponsorship deal with PUMA is only going to help in luring him back to the club.
