He’s certainly been causing a stir whilst playing for his country, after being named the Player of the Tournament at the Under-17 World Cup there’s plenty to come from Nwakali.

But we’ll have to wait to see him in a Gunners jersey after he was sent out to Dutch club MVV Maasstricht to take part in a season-long loan.

Nwakali has a great love for the club after attempting to follow in the footsteps of his idol and former Gunner, Kanu, so let’s hope he can replicate the same success.
