3. Steven Caulker ( Cardiff )
Although previously of Spurs Steven caulker would be a welcome and excellent addition to the Arsenal side. With rumours that Thomas Vermalaen is off to Man.United, another centre half is definitely required and Caulker would provide excellent cover for Koscielny and Mertesacker. Caulker is a very disciplined defender and leads by example. Last year for Cardiff he only picked up one league booking, but remarkably according to Squawka he didn’t commit one defensive error all season, which is an incredible feat. As well as been a solid defender caulker also is threat at the other end and chipped in with 5 goals last term. Having only recently joined Cardiff this signing could be a pricey one, but for a defender that has great potential and is already performing so well it could be a worthwhile one, not only because it’ll wind up Spurs supporters!
