2. Jackson Martinez
Whilst I find this one hard to believe, there are more and more reports each day that seem sure Martinez will be an Arsenal player soon. I believe that Arsene Wenger wants to sign a striker this summer, but I’m not sure it’s Martinez, however his recent praise of the Colombian does indicate he would like to sign him.
The Mirror have reported that Martinez will more than likely join Arsenal if Wenger manages to sell the attacking trio of Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell and Yaya Sanogo. I would defeinitely be in favour of selling that trio in exchange for Martinez and around £10million. It would gives us less numbers, but more quality in our attacking force, and although Martinez is probably not world class, if he adapts to the Premier League as Wenger seems sure he will, then he could prove to be a deadly addition.
