Lukas Fabianski – 6.3
Didn’t have too much to do, but almost lost it all when he came off his line at the end. Was a horror moment for all Arsenal fans as Mertesacker fell and the Hull attacked went past Fabianski – but it was all good in the end.

Bacary Sagna – 6.8
Probably Sagna’s last game in an Arsenal shirt. The Frenchman is such a quality player and it will be so sad to see him leave – another quality performance yesterday and his reaction at full-time was brilliant.

Laurent Koscielny – 7.9
Quality performance again from Koscielny. His pace helped blunt and Hull attack that never looked like scoring from open player. So good to have him signed up to a new long term contract.

Per Mertesacker – 7.0
Leader but that slip at the end had Arsenal fans hearts in mouths. Nobody will be happier than him to see that ball go wide of the goal rather than trickle in in cruel fashion.

Kieran Gibbs – 6.9
Made a brilliant goal-line clearance to stop the Gunners from falling 3-0 down, many say that was the turning point – if that went in it would have probably been curtains for Arsenal but luckily Gibbs was there. Deserved medal for the Englishman.

Mikel Arteta – 6.9
Done his job in the middle of the park, nothing amazing and as usual lacked a bit of power in some situations. The same old story for Mikel Arteta who may well be replaced come September.

Aaron Ramsey – 8.8
What can I say? Aaron Ramsey is the man of the season – it is so gutting we missed him in the middle of the season – the spell which led to our collapse in the league. I think the Welshman deserves every bit of credit he will get and now he has a good rest over the summer ahead of next season.

Santi Cazorla – 7.7
There are question marks over the Spaniards productivity for Arsenal, but in the FA Cup it cannot be questioned. He’s scored some crucial goals, but none more important than that fabulous free kick which put us back into the game.

Mesut Ozil –  6.6
Anonymous for long periods, but showed a bit of fight and grit that we are not used to seeing. Not the worst performance we’ve seen from him but certainly not near his spectacular best. Next season will be interesting.

Lukas Podolski – 5.7
If Ozil was anonymous then Podolski was extinct. Apart from one powerful effort in the first half, I barely noticed him playing, the German was quiet and replaced on 60 minutes.

Olivier Giroud – 6.6
Improved when Sanogo came on as before that he was marked out of the game. Giroud’s lovely backheel set up the winning goal and he deserves more credit for that.

Yaya Sanogo – 7.0
A well timed sub from Arsene Wenger and even though Sanogo didn’t win us the game, he helped us battle and create more room up top. A good effort just wide too, well played from the young lad.
