Joe Willock was the man of the match against Molde on Thursday, netting once and having 4 shots, 2 on target and completing two dribbles, after the match he said:
Willock: “When I look back at my performances, I’m no longer seeing an academy player who’s playing within himself or looking nervous. I look mature out there & settled on the ball, and that‘s a really big step to make when you’re a young player trying to prove your worth. Now.”
The 21-year-old looks ready for more first-team action after his two recent performances in the league. In the podcast JB and PB talk about how and where he could break into that ‘Premier League’ team.
As usual both hosts rate the players out of ten and this week they have some quite different opinions…
Pepe’s performance divided opinion, whilst Willian struggled to make any sort of impact on the game. Both hosts discuss who should be rewarded with a start when Villa come to The Emirates in a late Sunday night outing at 19:15 in the final Premier League box office game?!
We will soon be on Apple Podcasts, but for now please enjoy listening on aCast, SoundCloud, Spotify or YouTube.
