Player ratings: Arsenal 3-2 Bournemouth

Arsenal were involved in a thrilling encounter on Saturday afternoon, ultimately coming out on top and retaining their five-point lead at the top of the table.

But the Gunners fell behind just nine seconds into the game, before falling further behind from a corner in the second half.

Arsenal then responded quickly and were level at 2-2 after goals from Thomas Partey and Ben White put Arsenal back in pole position.

But it was a frustrating next 20 minutes or so with multiple penalty appeals turned down. It took a magical last kick of the game from the returning Reiss Nelson to give Arsenal the three points. Absolute scenes in The Emirates.

Man of the match: Reiss Nelson. Just wow. Back to fitness, back on the bench and following injuries to Nketiah and then Trossard, he was required. Smith Rowe was the early sub, but struggling with fitness he could only last 50 minutes. On came Nelson, instant impact with an assist and then a huge moment to score the winner.

A notable mention to Zinchenko…
