4) Santi Cazorla
A sceptical one this, but many will agree that the little Spaniard isn’t showing any glimpses of his form from our previous campaigns. Cazorla, who begun his career sensationally with Arsenal, has ever since been deployed as a winger or a central midfielder instead of his usual play-maker role. With the introduction to Mesut Özil, it’s the only reasonable choice to use him as an inside play-maker on the left where he seemed fairly effective in the most part of last year. However, with no goals and some weak performances, Santi needs to replicate moments of magic like his free-kick in the FA Cup Final to earn some cheering! It’s a matter of time before he gets his mojo back, but until then, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joel Campbell look full of energy and ready to hijack his place in the starting line-up.
