2. Micah Richards
The Manchester City defender has fallen from grace at his current club, so much so that he failed to accumulate enough appearances in order to pick up a Premier League winners medal. The league champions are now looking to cash-in on the experienced full-back, though he won’t fetch a hefty fee at all.
The defender has experience in the international scene as well as domestically in the top division of English football and as a boyhood Arsenal fan, he’d jump at the chance to join Arsenal. It’s expected that Richards will seek first-team assurances and the highest level of football that he can get his hands on- both of which Arsenal can offer.
At 25-years of age, Richards provides a level of experience but still has years of playing time ahead of him. Given the chance, he could easily establish himself on the international scene once again and become England’s first-choice right-back, something that the Gunners can help him accomplish.
