2. Nacho Monreal
The Spaniard has shown signs of improving this season but still never really showed the sort of form he did at Malaga, which earnt him his spot in the Spanish national squad.
Monreal is too unreliable and often looks almost clueless in defence. He realy has failed to hit the hights of his Malaga days and it seems a move away from the Emirates would be best for both parties.
Due to a lack of depth in defence at Arsenal there is little no chance he will leave in January, but in the long term Wenger will have to replace him with more quality.
