In with the Marco, Out with the Theo? Will Walcott leave?

The summer is nearing, and so it’s time for Transfer Bingo. And for an Arsenal fan, it makes the summer additionally painful as we watch targets come and go, according to Twitter ‘Agents’.

But one player that seems to have gotten his name everywhere is Marco Reus. Reported in the telegraph, Marco Reus is allegedly still a target for Arsene Wenger, after contract talks have stalled with Theo Walcott. Walcott tweeted against a so called ‘Bust Up’ with Wenger and mentioned how he is yet to begin talks with the North London Club, as he is ‘focusing on his game’.

Sounds fishy doesn’t it? Well United think so and themselves and Liverpool are apparently lining up to nick him off us for a sum of around £10-15million. And with his play time decreasing, along with his general form, would this be a good bit of business?

Wenger has told the press that he plans to purchase a CDM and Defensive options in the summer, but is open to a move for an offensive player if push comes to shove.

With possibly Lukas Podolski, Abou Diaby, Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini possibly leaving the club, the Manger may look toward an attacking winger in a player such as Reus. But who knows? Personally I’d love to have him at the club, but is Theo worth the risk?
