The young French star has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal this summer but a swoop seemed off the cards when Antoine Griezmann hinted he would stay at Real Sociedad after the World Cup. However, last week he rejected a new contract offer in the Basque county which means he could well be on the move this summer.
Arsenal are sure to state their interest in Griezmann, should he become available, and they would be able to offer Champions League football. The Gunners would have to go head-to-head with Premier League rivals Liverpool for his signature but after beating the Reds to the signing of Alexis Sanchez, Wenger will be confident of securing a deal.
