Mikel Arteta has hinted at a busy end to the transfer window for Arsenal.
The club have already finalised a deal to bring in Mat Ryan to compete with Bernd Leno between the sticks. Rumours suggest Ryan Bertrand is amongst a few options Arteta is looking to bring in at left-back, whilst a deal for Martin Odegaard has been mooted.
Speaking after Arsenal crashed out of the FA Cup against Southampton, Arteta was bullish about the club’s approach to the transfer window, which will shut in just over a week.
Arteta has hinted at plenty of activity to come in the transfer window before it closes next week: "Probably, I will get a few phone calls today and see where we are with every deal." #afc pic.twitter.com/k49Q5CUcDI

“Probably, I will get a few phone calls today and see where we are with every deal.” Arteta said when asked about Arsenal’s transfer activity.
‘Every deal’ would suggest the club are working on several deals. This is likely to involve players going in and out. The likes of Reiss Nelson could be offered out on loan, whilst Martin Odegaard appears to be moving through the final stages of finalising a move to North London.
