Arsenal To Listen To Offers For Flamini and Three Other First Team Players

Arsenal are willing to listen to offers for Mathieu Flamini and three other first team players, as Arsene Wenger looks to free up space for new signings.

Debuchy’s stay at Arsenal could be cut short as The Telegraph are reporting that the Gunners will listen to offers for the French defender – who turns 30 this month. Jeremy Wilson reported:

much will also depend upon departures, with David Ospina, Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell and Mathieu Debuchy all available at the right price.

UPDATE: Jeremy Wilson meant Flamini and not Debuchy! His tweet here confirms:

So those four names are much more likely to leave.. Ospina wants to be playing first team football after a very good 12 months for both club and country and Cech’s arrival will stop that. Podolski and Campbell are in negotiations with clubs in Turkey. Flamini, might be more difficult to shift. He’s on a reported £70,000 per week and will probably be happy to see out his contract at the club before moving on – just as he did at AC Milan.

Would you like to see all these players move on? I certainly would lose any sleep – in fact I’d be very happy if we managed to sell the three outfield players as it would free up room for a new midfielder to join.
