Arsenal are hours away from completing a double swoop for Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi, business that will take summer spending to just short of £100million.
The BBC have confirmed the news that we brought you in the early hours of Friday morning.
After working long into the night to complete the smaller details of what will be a five-year contract, Mustafi is now set to fly into London to carry out a medical later on.
Whilst that might be the signing everyone has been frantically waiting for, Gunners fans will get to welcome Lucas Perez on the same day, with his £17million deal going through smoothly.
Arsenal agree £35m deal with Valencia for Mustafi. Will fly to London for medical, seal terms on 5yr contract. Perez medical also today #AFC

Perez joins the North London side from La Liga’s Deportivo after making a last-minute decision to snub Everton in order to play football at the highest level in the Champions League.
Both players will take part in a medical at London Colney later today, and given the situation it will depend on whether Arsenal want to make an official announcement ahead of the Watford game.
Arsene Wenger seemed to hint that the deals would be made official over the next three days, with Arsenal unlikely to announce anything on the day of a big Premier League game.
Instead, they may feel they want to use the time over the weekend to get photos and media duties carried out with Perez and Mustafi, who both join on long-term contracts.
Whatever the club decide to do, we can be sure that both of these deals are in the bag and we can look forward to getting some of the leaked images throughout the course of the day.
