Arsenal capped a real positive bounce in form with a well-fought 2-1 win away to West Ham on Sunday afternoon, as the Gunners moved back into 4th place following Tottenham’s earlier win against Leicester City.
Arsenal weren’t at their fluid best, but they saw two goals through their central defenders, with Rob Holding scoring in the first and Gabriel Magalhaes in the second, to make Jarrod Bowen’s first half strike irrelevant.

Gabriel Martinelli – 5

Man of the match: Rob Holding. Not perfect on the ball, as we know, but Rob has had to come into this team, in a massive game and he’s dug in and defended well and scored his first ever Premier League goal, props to him!
Flop of the match: Martin Odegaard. He wasn’t terrible, but fell below his own high standards. Arsenal need Odegaard to step up and control games like this, helping the team keep possession in the opposition half.
