Joel Campbell: £10m
Joel Campbell hasn’t quite had the year he planned at Arsenal following his World Cup exploits with Costa Rica and he ended up joining Villarreal on-loan in January, as part of the deal bringing Gabriel Paulista to North London.
Campbell is a player who has excelled with the international side, and in previous years with loan spells across Europe, but he seemingly doesn’t quite fit the Arsenal grade. Further behind the pecking order than Theo Walcott, Campbell is a sure sale this summer.
£10-15m would be a decent price for the player, who could be a star in the future, so it’s worth adding a buyback clause, just in case. For now though, Campbell can’t add to much to the Arsenal team that other players on the books cannot offer.
