Again, a bit of a surprising one, but it seems like his injury major problems are largely behind him and he had a fantastic in 2013/14. In fact, he was the driving force behind our title push (even though it fell short) and he scored the winner in the FA Cup final. He will go on to be an Arsenal great, but is he a leader?
