2. Tomas Rosicky
This is probably a bit of an unexpected one, and it throws up the same problems as Arteta’s suitability. But I love him. If we forget about his age and that he is largely used from the bench, he has all the qualities needed to be a captain. He’s vastly experienced, knows the club better than any of the players in the squad and he’s not afraid to get mouthy on the pitch. He is the best example of loyalty that Arsenal have had in a long time and we could do a lot worse than making the little Mozart captain.
