1. Alexis Sanchez is Arsenal’s main man at the moment.
While most of the starting eleven looked void of any sort of confidence or creativity (apart from maybe Kieron Gibbs), Alexis Sanchez was his usual self; self-assured, imaginative and hard-working. The 25-year-old Chilean international has been one of the very few positives Arsenal have had this season. He was credited with the assist for Lukas Podolski’s 91th minute winner, which puts him on six goals and four assists in eleven games, but he did much more than just that. The £35 million man worked tirelessly both offensively and defensively, going on a few adventurous runs and chasing down every single ball. He is an absolute fighter and we should be very grateful that we bought him in the summer. I mean, where would be if we hadn’t?!
