Burak Yılmaz – Forward
Yılmaz translates from Turkish to English as indomitable. The 29-year-old Turkish striker has 37 caps and scored 15 goals since 2006. In Galatasaray’s five Champions League matches he’s scored two out of their three goals. His strengths include holding onto the ball, passing and finishing but weaknesses include lack of offside awareness and aerial duals. Arsenal need to dampen his ability to threaten with indirect set-pieces, layoffs and short passes. However he is also known for his tendency to commit fouls; more fouls = more yellow cards although so far this particular campaign he’s managed to keep his nose clean.
