4. William Carvalho
In January there was a strong chance that Carvalho would join Arsenal, but this summer it looks a little less likely. Despite his asking price falling to just £21.5million, Arsenal’s interest appears to have faded after Carvalho endured a mediocre season in Lisbon. He still has big potential though, and could be worth the asking price if other targets are not available.Carvalho would be good news for Coquelin, as he again would compete with and not necessarily replace the Frenchman. Once dubbed the new Vieira, could Wenger be the perfect coach to help Carvalho reach his potential?
