2. Oliver Giroud
Now believe me when I say Giroud isn’t in my top 3 for his performances against Besiktas, because to put it lightly, he was awful and that performance in Turkey gave Wenger no choice but to start Alexis up top rather than the out of form Frenchman. At half time we were 2 down and had no real chances, however Giroud came on in the second half and was straight into the action within 50 seconds, where he blasted over from an Ox cross. He created about 3 really good chances but couldn’t convert, but on the 90 minute he got our equaliser with a brilliant header.
