Arsenal have got their skates on in the transfer market this summer, with a new arrival around the corner, according to the latest reports.
It seems that since beating Chelsea in the FA Cup final, the club will turn their attentions to taking one of their players. According to Le10Sport in France, Willian has agreed to join Arsenal.
Interestingly Le10Sport claim Willian will sign for an ‘initial two years’ it could possibly mean that the contract includes an option for a third year.
? Le 10 Sport 'exclusive' that Willian will join Arsenal on a two year contract (?) with perhaps option for a third. Interesting. https://t.co/y3Evf5zwqA #AFC

Other sources had indicated that Arsenal were offering three years upfront and it was that which put them ahead of other interested parties.
For example Sky Sports said earlier today that Arsenal were offering three years but on lower wages than what Barcelona and Inter Miami were offering. Willian being settled in London is also thought to be a factor in the Brazilian opting for the Gunners.
Yesterday we brought you the news that Arsenal were about to offer Willian a three year deal.
Willian (7.33) performed statistically better than any Arsenal player this season according to WhoScored (Pepe and Auba both just over 7.0). No Arsenal player created more key passes per game last season and only Pepe managed more dribbles. Willian would clearly add quality to the progressive nature of the Arsenal attacking midfield options. His brilliant work ethic would also be a welcome addition to the club, making him a good fit for Arteta.
More to come.
