It was a crazy afternoon for Arsenal and their fans.
The Gunners quickly fell three goals behind when an inform West Ham United took advantage of Mikel Arteta’s men sluggish start.
But a deflected Lacazette shot made its way into the goal, allowing Arsenal a lifeline at half time. It was all Arsenal in the second half and their efforts were rewarded. Another own goal made it 3-2 before Lacazette nodded in Pepe’s cross 10 minutes from time.

Here’s how I rated the players.
Bernd Leno – 4
Calum Chambers – 7
David Luiz – 6
Pablo Mari– 4
Kieran Tierney – 6
Thomas Partey – 6
Granit Xhaka – 5
Bukayo Saka – 5
Martin Odegaard – 9
Aubameyang – 4
Lacazette – 8
Man of the match: Martin Odegaard. Odegaard was arguably man of the match in the north London derby last weekend and he was the best player on the pitch today. Plays like he’s been at the club for years.
Flop of the match: Bernd Leno. Not been in his best form lately and today was another day to forget for the German. He wasn’t helped by his defenders, but will be disappointed to concede three goals. It was a fight for this award with the likes of Pablo Mari and Aubameyang also very poor on the day.
