Arsenal continued their excellent record in 2024 with an important win over Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
The Gunners raced into a 3-0 lead in the first half, with an own goal, Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz to thank.
It was a more difficult second half after errors from David Raya and Declan Rice allowed Spurs back into the game, but Arsenal held on for a vital three points.

Men of the match: I’m going for Kai Havertz, and he’s won that award a lot in 2024. A brilliant assist was followed by a goal, and then his hold up play was brilliant in the second half. He’s a great centre forward, especially in the big games.
