Arsenal returned from the international break with a night from hell as the Gunners were convincingly beaten by Crystal Palace on Monday night.
The Gunners were immediately put on the back foot but gave away two soft goals. Despite an improved performance in the second half, the Gunners failed to convert their chances, with Smith Rowe and Odegaard having great openings to fire Arsenal back into the game.
Not only the result, but worrying injury news from the club tonight, Tierney is in trouble and Partey limped off with a familiar looking injury. The Gunners very slim squad is about to be tested.

Here’s how I rated the players:
Aaron Ramsdale – 5
Cedric Soares – 5
Ben White – 6
Gabriel Magalhaes – 4
Nuno Tavares – 3
Thomas Partey – 4
Granit Xhaka – 6
Emile Smith Rowe – 5
Martin Odegaard – 4
Bukayo Saka – 5
Alexandre Lacazette – 3
Man of the match: Not applicable.Â
Flop of the match: Alexandre Lacazette and Nuno Tavares. Nuno was a disaster, and that is a big worry with the new that Tierney has a bad injury. Lacazette was useless up top and it will be a big worry for Arteta, with the Gunners needing cutting edge up top to get over the line in this top four race.
