Arsenal edged their way to another 1-0 win in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners extremely poor start has been steadied somewhat with back-to-back 1-0 wins against Norwich and Burnley. Tougher opposition is on its way, but Arteta will be reassured that since the new signings have been integrated into the team, results and performances have improved.
But Arsenal were not amazing in the win over Burnley. It took a Martin Odegaard special free-kick to win the game, crucially though Arsenal’s new-look defence and goalkeeper held strong against a physical Burnley side to get the three points.

Man of the match: Aaron Ramsdale. This was always going to be a big test for the keeper and one where he could clearly show his improvements on Leno, in physicality and presence. Ramsdale made some key saves but his most impressive moments were catching and claiming and of course, bailing out White with that well-timed tackle.
