Player ratings: Arsenal 3-2 Manchester United

Fresh Arsenal newsletter

The Gunners restored a five point lead at the Premier League summit after a thrilling 3-2 win over Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

The first half saw Marcus Rashford pounce on loose play from Arsenal to give Manchester United the lead. But Arsenal fought back immediately, Eddie Nketiah heading in a wonderful Granit Xhaka cross.

In the second half Arsenal took more control of the game and went ahead through a Bukayo Saka stunner. But it was then Arsenal’s turn to be pegged back when Ramsdale’s spill from a corner fell to Lisandro Martinez, whose looping header fell in.
