Great News! This Arsenal Star Will Only Miss Two More Premier League Games Through Injury

There have been a lot of reports that Aaron Ramsey is set to be ruled out for 2 months. Arsene Wenger has used today’s press conference to deny the rumours and reassure Arsenal fans.

Reporters asked Wenger if Ramsey was out until December, he responded: “I’ve been told he could be out for three to four weeks, so I count four.”

This is great news for Arsenal fans as there was a worry that Ramsey’s injury might extended into months rather than weeks. Let’s hope what Arsene says it true though, because it’s not always the case. He could be trying to ease the media pressure around Arsenal’s injury problems.

If Arsene is correct, Ramsey looks set to return to the team for Arsenal’s trip to Sunderland. This would mean he will only miss two Premier League games. These two games would be against Chelsea on Sunday and then Arsenal’s home tie against Hull City. The international break might do us some favours for once, unless of course more Gunners pick up injuries during the break. Let’s cross our fingers.

It had me thinking though, with Ramsey off form this season, would you start him against Chelsea on Sunday if everyone was fit? Despite his form I would. He has the potential to win games and pop up with goals. He has a great work rate and we need him to play his way back into form.
