Match of the Day presenter and former Tottenham Hotspur striker, Gary Lineker has admitted he thinks Arsenal could well win the league this season.
After an impressive 3-0 away win against Swansea, Lineker took to Twitter to show what he thought of the Gunners.

The Gunners have been flying in the league recently, winning their last five games. Goals have been flowing too, with 16 scored and just 3 conceded.
Lineker’s backing is somewhat representative of the general consensus which is seeing many fans and pundits beginning to take Arsenal seriously. What they need to show now is that as a team they can last the distance. It goes without saying that we need a bit of luck with injuries in order to have a chance, but we also need to consistently perform with the 11 that are on the field.
Whilst Lineker thinks we could win it, I have my doubts. I think those doubts arise from being an Arsenal fan for 21 years and knowing that it is never good to get your hopes up. The strength in depth Manchester City have is also a huge factor is adding to my doubt. We are only 11 games in, I hope once we get to game 30 we are in a similar position, then I may begin to believe a little more..
