5. Sami Khedira
The Germany and Real Madrid star had a fantastic season last year, ending up with Spanish Cup, European Super Cup, Champions League and World Cup winners medals. He is the subject of one of the longest-running transfer sagas of recent memory, with most of Europe’s elite interested in his services. Reports from Germany suggest that Bayern Munich have signed the 27-year-old on a pre-contract, starting from next summer. However, if this is untrue and Arsenal do pounce in January, Khedira may be available for as cheap as £10 million.
