2. Jurgen Klopp
The name at the top of the list for most pundits and fans of the like to take the throne after Le Professeur bids farewell. Klopp burst onto the scene in 2010 when his Dortmund side took the German league by storm after several years of mid table mediocrity. His reliance on the youth system allowed stars to be born by the names of Mario Gotze, Marco Reus, Mats Hummels, Nuri Sahin, Marcel Schmelzer and not to mention the fantastic low key signings of Robert Lewandowski and Shinji Kagawa. It is obvious Klopp has an exceptional eye for talent and nurtures young players into world class players. He built a back to back Bundesliga winning side on a tiny budget against a super club with tons of money in Bayern Munich. He was unable to win the league a third time but against all the odds defeated Real Madrid and managed his side to a Champions League final but was defeated in the last few minutes of the game against their German rivals. I’m sure this sounds familiar to every Arsenal fan. Which is why a young, hungry and charismatic manager who wins games with explosive football is the reason Klopp is desperately wanted at Arsenal.
