Arsenal fans would’ve been happy today was a Bank Holiday because I don’t think any of us could’ve coped with walking in to work.

Two quick-fire goals at White Hart Lane served the Gunners with a double helping of embarasment thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
The result meant that Spurs would officially finish above Arsenal for the first time in 22 years, placing more pressure on Arsene Wenger’s shoulders.
If that wasn’t enough, failing to capitalise on United and City dropping points meant Champions League football is now a long way away.
As you can expect, social media erupted, with the majority pointing the finger at the Arsenal boss, who is yet to make any sort of announcement on his future.
And although his side papered over some cracks with last weekend’s FA Cup semi-final success, it’s apparent that something needs to change:
Wenger said in Jan “You will all know my decision by March/April” it’s May tomorrow & we still don’t have a clue what’s going on @Arsenal

Spurs were like Arsenal used to be in Wenger’s early years: big, powerful, fast & furious.
We were like Spurs..under Christian Gross. #NLD— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) April 30, 2017
If Wenger was to lead Israelites to the promise land, they would have spent 40 years in the wilderness and still end up at Egypt

The ones who are blaming the board are deluded. Our problem is a footballing problem not a financial one. Arsene Wenger needs to leave

Must be depressing being an Arsenal fan right now. Worst thing is that they don’t even know what Wenger’s plans are. Club in disarray.

I don’t care if Wenger loves the club. I love fucking Peroni lager but that doesn’t mean I should be running their company.

Great question in Guardian podcast. What does Wenger do all day? Clearly works long hours, but on what? A novel? Live Forever guitar tab?

We’ve got a lot of average players who we overrate. Time for big changes.

Wenger just can’t win away against big teams. This is a horrific record… pic.twitter.com/1sDGG4LVUm

We were outplayed and scared of the occasion today. Becoming a theme this season which tells you everything. Top 4 rests on others now.

I have a lifelong friend who’s now on the spurs board. I just received this text from him…. pic.twitter.com/XBJvPTVTwu
