Arsenal have wrapped up their latest summer signing, securing the services of Gabriel Jesus on a contract that will run until 2027.
The news came from journalist Fabrizio Romano who has top tier status when it comes to reliability, following a string of successful exclusives.
Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal, here we go! Personal terms fully agreed with his agent Marcelo Pettinati and his two partners. Gabriel signs until 2027, it’s 100% done. 🚨⚪️🔴 #AFC

In his tweet, Romano confirmed that Arsenal have finally reached an agreement with Gabriel Jesus and his agent following a few days of negotiations.
This comes after Friday’s news that Arsenal had been given the green light by Manchester City after they accepted a £45m offer from Edu and the rest of the team.
Jesus is expected to become Arsenal’s highest earner with the new number 9 expected to pick up around £250k per week as he battles Eddie Nketiah for a starting spot.
Whilst the news isn’t completely surprising, it certainly allows some relief with Arsenal having managed to fight off competition from Chelsea, Spurs and Manchester United.
Mikel Arteta has got his man and now it’s about trying to secure the rest of the targets on his shopping list, with Leeds United’s Raphinha looking increasingly likely to move to the Emirates.
